8月份第一周，也是我们比较关注的非农超级周的操作情况发布。本月第一周开了个好头，在回撤太高的情况，我认真看了自己过往的操作记录，并且马上做出相关的调整，主要还是交易频率以及持仓比例的情况调整。
近期黄金的行情，个人认为不适合按照严格的盈亏比去操作。很多时候多空转换比较快，比较适合做剥头皮，空单的利润我们都不敢大胆尺寸，多单也不能确定趋势反转。慢慢去调整交易策略，做阶段性总结回顾，希望本月可以让账户尽快先回本，操作上继续稳打稳扎，积累利润。
