Bisnis Real Estate Tumbuh, Laba MetLand (MTLA) Naik Jadi Rp69,3 Miliar di Kuartal I-2024
IDXChannel - Pengembang properti PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) membukukan laba bersih Rp69,3 miliar pada kuartal I-2024. Realisasi itu tumbuh 2,35% year-on-year (yoy). Laba per saham dasar (EPS) MTLA terdongkrak menjadi Rp9,11 per saham, dari tahun lalu sebesar Rp8,90 per saham.
Performa topline perseroan tumbuh double digit seiring pertumbuhan bisnis real estate. Pendapatan MTLA naik 13,6% yoy menjadi Rp366,46 miliar, didukung kenaikan segmen real estate yang berkontribusi sebesar Rp239,87 miliar.
Agresif, Sosok Ini Borong 264 Juta Saham Metropolitan Land (MTLA)Lini bisnis real estate terdiri dari penjualan tanah, bangunan, ruko, hingga kavling tanah.
Porsi segmen pusat perbelanjaan juga naik menjadi Rp90,75 miliar, sedangkan hotel sedikit merosot menjadi Rp28,80 miliar, demikian menurut laporan keuangan, Jumat (3/5/2024).
