Hartadinata (HRTA) Tebar Dividen Rp69,07 Miliar Akhir Mei
IDXChannel - Emiten manufaktur perhiasan PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA) bersiap menebar dividen kepada investor berkat kinerja keuangan sepanjang 2023.
Berdasarkan pengumuman Jumat (26/4/2024), total dividen yang akan disebar menembus Rp69,07 miliar, atau setara Rp15 per saham. Keputusan itu mendapat restu pemegang saham pada Senin (24/4/2024).
Dana dividen berasal dari laba bersih tahun buku 2023 yang mencapai Rp305,80 miliar. Likuiditas perusahaan terhitung baik. Diketahui HRTA juga masih menggenggam saldo laba senilai Rp1,10 triliun, dengan modal bersih mencapai Rp1,97 triliun.
Investor yang berhak atas dividen HRTA merupakan pemegang saham yang namanya tercatat paling lambat pada 7 Mei 2024.
Berikut adalah jadwal pembagian dividen HRTA:
A. Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Negosiasi
Cum Dividen: 3 Mei 2024
Ex Dividen: 6 Mei 2024
B. Pasar Tunai
Cum Dividen: 7 Mei 2024
Ex Dividen: 8 Mei 2024
C. Recording Date: 7 Mei 2024
D. Pembayaran Dividen: 22 Mei 2024
