Pasardana.id - Indeks Nikkei 225 di Bursa Efek Tokyo, Jepang, anjlok 846,41 poin, atau sekitar 2,20 persen, pada Kamis (25/4/2024), menjadi 37.613,67. Indeks Topix merosot 1,74 persen menjadi 2.663,53.

Seperti dilansir AFP, indeks Nikkei anjlok setelah saham Meta Platforms tergelincir 15,13 persen usai perusahaan teknologi tersebut melaporkan belanja modal dapat mencapai US$40 miliar pada 2024.

Saham perusahaan gas Tokyo Gas memimpin pelemahan hari ini dengan terjun 8,46 persen. Saham perusahaan kamera Canon anjlok 7,95 persen.

Saham perusahaan farmasi Chugai Pharmaceutical dan perusahaan otomotif Hino Motors masing-masing merosot 5,20 persen dan 5,08 persen. Saham perusahaan ritel JFront Retailing turun 4,54 persen.

Nilai tukar dolar Amerika Serikat terhadap yen berada di kisaran 105,75 yen per dolar AS.
