PTPP Incar Kontrak Baru Senilai Rp12 Triliun di Semester I 2024
IDXChannel - PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk (PTPP) membidik kontrak baru senilai Rp10-12 triliun pada semester I-2024. Realisasi di kuartal I tahun ini sudah mencapai kurang lebih Rp5 triliun.
Direktur Utama PTPP Novel Arsyad mengatakan, perseroan punya potensi untuk memperoleh nilai kontrak baru hingga Rp12 triliun di paruh pertama tahun ini.

“Kalau kita memproyeksikan di semester I-2024 ini kurang lebih Rp10-12 triliun yang kita direncanakan. Itu bisa punya potensi, kita akan (ikut) tender-tender yang sempat tertunda, bisa berjalan lebih cepat, kita prediksi sekitar itu (nilai kontrak baru),” ujar Novel saat konferensi pers, Jakarta, Rabu (24/4/2024).
