Manoj Punjabi Banting Harga Jual 356,8 Juta Saham FILM Sebesar 12,5 Persen

Pasardana.id - Manoj Dharmoo Punjabi telah menjual 356,8 juta saham atau 4,2 persen porsi kepemilikan pada PT MD Pictures Tbk (IDX: FILM) dengan harga diskon cukup besar.

Jelasnya, Manoj menjual 356,8 juta saham FILM dengan harga jual Rp3.500 per lembar mulai tanggal 18 April hingga 20 Juni 2024 pada pasar negosiasi.

Alhasil, Direktur Utama FILM itu akan mengantungi dana segar sebesar Rp1,248 triliun, tapi porsi pemilikannya akan menyusut menjadi 17,5 persen dari 21,25 persen.

Dalam keterangan resmi FILM tanggal 22 April 2024 diterangkan, bahwa aksi jual ini guna memberi kesempatan kepada investor strategis menjadi pemegang saham.

“Investor strategis dapat mengembangkan kegiatan usaha perseroan,” tulis Manoj.

Berdasarkan pantauan Pasardana.id, harga jual tersebut lebih murah 27,6 persen dibanding harga terendah perdagangan FIILM pada tangal 22 April 2024.

Sedangkan mengacu pada harga terendah dalam tiga bulan perdagangan FILM, maka harga jual itu terdiskon 12,5 persen,
