Manoj Punjabi Jual 356,8 Juta Saham FILM, Raup Rp1,25 Triliun
IDXChannel - PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM) mengumumkan penjualan saham perseroan oleh Presiden Direkturnya, Manoj Dhamoo Punjabi. Tak tanggung-tanggung, dia melepas 356,8 juta saham FILM.
Dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Manoj Punjabi melego 356,8 juta saham FILM pada 18 April 2024 dengan harga transaksi Rp3.500 per saham.
MD Pictures (FILM) Kantongi Laba Rp96,64 Miliar pada 2023, Terpangkas 39 PersenDari data RTI Business, saham FILM ditutup lompat 2,48 persen ke level 5.175 pada perdagangan Kamis (18/4).
Jika dihitung, pentolan MD Pictures tersebut meraup dana Rp1,25 triliun dari transaksi penjualan saham.
