Harga Merosot, BEI Suspensi Saham DMMX
IDXChannel - Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) melakukan penghentian sementara perdagangan atau suspensi terhadap saham PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (DMMX) mulai Senin, 22 April 2024.
Suspensi dilakukan imbas terjadinya penurunan harga kumulatif yang signifikan. Saham DMMX pada perdagangan Jumat (19/4/2024) turun 7,61% ke harga Rp85.
Dalam satu bulan, saham DMMX telah jatuh 46,54%. Kapitalisasi pasar Digital Mediatama ini mencapai Rp653,8 miliar.
"Bursa Efek Indonesia memandang perlu untuk melakukan penghentian sementara perdagangan Saham PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (DMMX) di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Tunai mulai sesi I perdagangan tanggal 22 April 2024," tulis pengumuman bursa, Senin (22/4/2024).
Bursa pun mengimbau kepada pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan untuk selalu memperhatikan keterbukaan informasi yang disampaikan oleh Perseroan.
