Perkuat Kepemilikan, KB Valbury Sekuritas Borong 234 Juta Saham WMUU
IDXChannel - Perusahaan efek PT KB Valbury Sekuritas diketahui menambah porsi kepemilikan saham PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU).
Sebanyak 234.375.000 saham emiten unggas itu dikoleksi broker CP itu pada 17 April 2024. Transaksi terdeteksi dalam laporan Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) per 18 April 2024.
Mengutip data KSEI, Senin (22/4/2024), porsi Valbury Sekuritas kian menggemuk. Rampungnya transaksi itu, perusahaan yang bertempat di Sahid Sudirman Center itu kini menggenggam 1,11 miliar lembar WMUU.
Jumlahnya mewakili 8,58% dari total modal ditempatkan dan disetor. Sebelumnya perusahaan hanya menguasai 6,77%.
Saham WMUU pada perdagangan Senin (22/4/2024) jatuh 6,25% ke harga Rp15. Dalam sebulan, saham Widodo Makmur telah merosot 70%.
