Harga Jatuh Signifikan, BEI Suspensi Saham KAYU
IDXChannel - Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) memutuskan untuk melakukan penghentian sementara atau suspensi perdagangan saham PT Darmi Bersaudara Tbk (KAYU) mulai Kamis, 18 April 2024.
Suspensi dilakukan di Seluruh Pasar sejak Sesi I perdagangan efek hingga pengumuman lebih lanjut. Saham KAYU tercatat di Papan Pemantauan Khusus.
"Sehubungan dengan belum diumumkannya Keterbukaan Informasi yang bersifat material oleh PT Darmi Bersaudara Tbk (KAYU) dan berdasarkan Peraturan Bursa tentang Suspensi Efek," tulis Bursa, Kamis (18/4/2024).
Saham Kayu telah jatuh 30,77% dalam sepekan ke harga Rp18 dan merosot tajam 64% dalam satu bulan. Kapitalisasi saham KAYU sebesar Rp11,97 miliar.
Pemegang saham Darmi Bersaudara yakni publik 51,13%, PT Darbe Putra Makmur 47,94%, PT Indymike Inti Investama 0,93%.
