Multitrend Indo (BABY) Berencana Lepas 300 Ribu Saham Treasuri
IDXChannel - Emiten retail baju anak Mothercare, PT Multitrend Indo Tbk (BABY) berencana mengalihkan dan/atau melepas saham hasil pembelian kembali (buyback) atau saham treasuri.
Dalam prospektus, manajemen BABY akan melepas 300.000 saham yang dipunyai saat ini.
“Perseroan menunjuk PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas untuk melakukan pengalihan atau penjualan,” kata Sekretaris Perusahaan, Nauli Masitha Dewi, di keterbukaan informasi, Kamis (18/4/2024).
Perseroan memastikan harga saham treasuri yang dijual tidak lebih rendah dari harga penutupan perdagangan harian di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sehari sebelum tanggal penjualan.
Hingga Kamis (18/4/2024) pukul 09:31 waktu JATS, saham BABY tertekan 1,52% di Rp130. Secara historis, saham ini masih tertekan 51,49% dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan terakhir.
Sementara sepanjang 2024 berjalan tekanan jual masih berlangsung hampir 30 persen. “Seluruh mekanisme pengalihan atau penjualan saham akan dilaksanakan dengan mengikuti ketentuan POJK 29/2023,” tegas manajemen.
