Tender Offer META Diperpanjang

Pasardana.id-  PT Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia Services (MPTIS) masih memberi kesempatan kepada pemegang saham publik PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (IDX: META) untuk mengikuti penawaran tender sukarela atau tender offer.

Seperti tertuang  dalam pengumuman Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), Selasa(16/4/2024) yang menyampaikan perpanjangan jangka waktu tender offer META akan dimulai sejak pukul 08.30 WIB tanggal 18 April 2024 sampai dengan tanggal 17 Mei 2024.

Sementara ini,  sebanyak 4.624 investor  atau sebanyak 3.482.566.510 saham telah  mengikuti tender offer mulai tanggal 19 Maret - 15 April 2024.

Jumlah itu setara dengan 84,8 persen dari 4.104.990.344 saham publik META yang merupakan obyek dalam Penawaran Tender Sukarela ini.

Ditegaskan, Investor yang telah mengikuti tender offer itu dan  telah menyampaikan FTPS ( Formulir Penawaran Tender Sukarela) beserta kelengkapan dokumen yang disyaratkan hingga pukul 16.00 WIB tanggal 17 April 2024  dibayar pada 24 April 2024.
