Emiten Baru Bisa Stock Split dan Reverse Stock Minimal Dua Tahun Listing
IDXChannel - Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Nomor I-I yang diterbitkan dan berlaku pada 1 April 2024, kini memperjelas regulasi bagi emiten baru IPO yang ingin melakukan stock split dan reverse stock split.
Ketentuan II.15 Peraturan BEI I-A kini telah dihapus. Artinya, jangka waktu emiten yang baru listing untuk melakukan stock split atau reverse stock adalah minimal dua tahun.

Adapun detil aturan stock split atau reverse kini berada di bawah payung Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Nomor I-I tentang Pemecahan Saham dan Penggabungan Saham oleh Perusahaan Tercatat.
