Emisi Obligasi dan Sukuk di BEI Capai Rp34,36 Triliun

Pasardana.id - Pasca libur Lebaran, Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) langsung menambah emisi obligasi dan sukuk.

Terbaru, ada Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Tahap I Tahun 2024 oleh PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (IDX: SMMA). Nilainya Rp1,5 triliun.

Mengutip keterangan BEI, Selasa (16/4/2024), Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Sinar Mas Multiartha Tahap I Tahun 2024 ini memiliki tingkat bunga 10,00% per tahun.

Adapun jangka waktunya 5 tahun sejak tanggal emisi.

Hasil pemeringkatan dari PT Kredit Rating Indonesia atas Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Sinar Mas Multiartha Tahap I Tahun 2024 adalah irAA (Double A) dengan Wali Amanat PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (IDX: BBKP).

Dengan pencatatan itu, total emisi obligasi dan sukuk yang sudah tercatat sepanjang tahun 2024 adalah 31 emisi dari 23 emiten senilai Rp34,36 triliun.
