若看涨压力持续存在，汇价可能突破50日移动平均线（SMA），并挑战前期高点1.2682。继续上行，12月高点1.2793可能形成强劲阻力。若成功突破此处，则汇价或将触及前期高点1.2826和2024年高点1.2892。
反之，若汇价下跌将测试3月-4月低点1.2574，即与200日移动平均线（SMA）重叠之处。若成功跌破此处，汇价可能触及4月低点1.2538，继而或需密切关注2024年低点1.2517。
简而言之，过去几个交易日，GBPUSD一直在50日和200日移动平均线（SMA）之间维持区间震荡。因此，该货币对需突破近期区间，才能有望改善技术面。
