Pengendali Tambah Kepemilikan, Saham VINS Jatuh 6,38 Persen
IDXChannel - Pengendali utama PT Victoria Insurance Tbk (VINS) kembali menambah kepemilikan sahamnya atas perseroan pada 3 April 2024.
Victoria Investama menambah pembelian 3.606.500 saham VINS dengan harga Rp139. Sang pengendali merogoh dana sebesar Rp501 juta untuk mengakumulasi kepemilikannya tersebut.
Usai transaksi, Victoria Investama menggenggam sebanyak 1.069.153.395 atau setara 73,2% dari sebelumnya 1.065.546.895 atau setara 72,95%.
"Tujuan transaksi untuk pembelian dan status kepemilikan adalah langsung," tulis Direktur Utama Victoria Insurance Suwandi Suharto, Jumat (5/4/2024).
Saham VINS jatuh 6,38% ke harga Rp132 per saham pada perdagangan Jumat (5/4/2024) menjelang libur panjang Idul Fitri 2024.
Pada saat transaksi Rabu (3/4/2024), saham VINS juga melemah 2,88% ke harga 135 per saham. Selama sepekan saham VINS terkoreksi 5,04%.
