Harum Energy (HRUM) Caplok 2,64 Juta Saham Tanito Harum Nickel
IDXChannel - PT Harum Energy Tbk (HRUM) mengambilalih 2.647.416 (2,64 juta) saham baru yang diterbitkan oleh PT Tanito Harum Nickel (THN). Tanito Harum Nickel merupakan perusahaan terkendali HRUM.
Dalam hal ini, THN menerbitkan 12.476.551 (12,47 juta) saham baru yang diambil bagian oleh sejumlah pemegang saham.
HRUM Akuisisi 51% Saham Perusahaan Nikel Rp3 TriliunSelain perseroan, sebanyak 9.804.410 (9,8 juta) saham diambil bagian oleh PT Harum Nickel Perkasa (HNP), dan sebanyak 24.725 saham diambil bagian oleh PT Mahkota Emas Nickel (MEN).
Dalam keterbukaan informasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), transaksi tersebut merupakan konversi atas sebagian utang THN, kepada perseroan, HNP dan MEN, beserta bunga yang terutang.
Rogoh Rp3,4 Triliun, HRUM Tambah Kepemilikan di Westrong IndustryDi mana, jumlah pokok utang yang dikonversikan adalah sebesar Rp12,47 triliun atau setara USD794,17 juta, ditambang dengan bunga terkait sampai dengan 28 Maret 2024 yang dikapitalisasi.
