Struktur Modal Waskita Beton (WSBP) Menguat 68 Persen Sepanjang 2023
IDXChannel - PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) mencatatkan penguatan struktur modal pada akhir 2023. Hal ini ditandai dengan penguatan ekuitas atau defisiensi modal sebesar 68% dibandingkan 2022.
“Penguatan struktur modal ini sejalan dengan program peningkatan kinerja dan kondisi keuangan pasca restrukturisasi,” ujar Vice President of Corporate Secretary WSBP Fandy Dewanto dalam keterangannya, Jakarta, Rabu (3/4/2024).
Laba Waskita Beton (WSBP) 2023 Tembus Rp6,3 MiliarDia menerangkan, posisi ekuitas WSBP menguat didorong oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu WSBP berhasil mencatatkan Laba Bersih selama dua tahun berturut-turut dan pelaksanaan aksi korporasi Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMTHMETD).
Pasca restrukturisasi, WSBP mencatatkan laba bersih selama dua tahun berturut-turut yaitu Rp675,77 miliar pada 2022 dan Rp6,30 miliar sepanjang 2023. Capaian laba bersih tersebut berkontribusi positif pada perbaikan posisi ekuitas.
