IDXChannel - PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia Tbk (ATLA) telah menetapkan harga penawaran umum perdana atau initial public offering (IPO) Rp100 per saham. Perseroan berpotensi memperoleh dana segar sebesar Rp120 miliar.
ATLA menawarkan 1,2 miliar saham. Adapun periode offering berlangsung pada 2-4 April 2024.
Mau IPO, Atlantis (ATLA) Incar Dana Rp144 MiliarMelansir prospektus yang diterbitkan perseroan, Selasa (2/4/2024), sebesar 36,74% dari dana hasil IPO akan digunakan untuk pembelian peralatan guna menunjang kegiatan operasional perseroan. Perseroan akan membeli peralatan tersebut dari PT Geosat Survei Indonesia.
Sedangkan sisanya akan digunakan oleh perseroan untuk modal kerja seperti biaya instalasi peralatan, biaya sewa peralatan, biaya dukungan teknis, pekerjaan pengawasan dan supervisi teknis, biaya tenaga ahli, biaya penelitian dan survei, biaya perlengkapan survei, biaya transportasi dan akomodasi, biaya pemeliharaan, biaya sewa, gaji karyawan dan lain-lain.
