Bukit Asam (PTBA) Kantongi Rp80 Miliar dari Hasil Penjualan Saham Treasuri
IDXChannel - PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) mengumumkan telah melepas atau menjual 27.147.900 saham treasuri pada 28 Maret 2024. Adapun dana yang diperoleh mencapai Rp80,08 miliar.
“Pihak yang membeli saham treasuri perseroan yaitu PT BNI Sekuritas,” kata Sekretaris Perusahaan PTBA Nico Chandra, Selasa (2/4/2024).
PTBA Incar Produksi 41,3 Juta Ton Batu Bara di 2024Nico menerangkan, harga jual saham treasuri sebesar Rp2.950 per saham. Angka ini merupakan harga penutupan sehari sebelum tanggal transaksi.
Pihaknya memastikan harga itu tidak lebih rendah dari Rp2.578, yang merupakan harga rata-rata penutupan saham PTBA selama 90 hari terakhir.
