OJK Jatuhkan Sanksi Kepada BELL dan CINT

Pasardana.id-  Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) telah menjatuhkan sanksi administratif dan peringatan tertulis kepada PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk (IDX:BELL) dan PT Chitose Internasional Tbk(IDX:CINT).

Pasalnya, kedua emiten tersebut kedapatan melanggar peraturan pasar modal dalam kategori ringan.

Hal itu terungkap dari notasi khusus F yang ditempelkan akhir kode saham kedua emiten itu oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia(BEI) sejak Jumat(22/3/2024).

Sementara itu, CINT tercatat turun 7 point atau 4,8 persen ke level Rp139 per lembar dengan nilai transaksi Rp3,5 juta pada pukul 14.35 WIB.

Nasib serupa mendera BELL yang turun 1 point atau 1,4 persen ke level Rp68 per lembar dengan nilai transaksi Rp31,4 juta.
