SMF Lanjutkan Pencarian Dana Rp19 Triliun dari Obligasi

Pasardana.id - PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) atau SMF berencana meneruskan penerbitan obligasi dengan target dana Rp19 triliun. Sejauh ini, perseroan telah merealisasikan penerbitan Rp5,5 triliun.

Mengutip Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), Jumat (22/3/2024), obligasi yang telah diterbitkan SMF mulai 12 Juli 2023. Saat itu nilainya mencapai Rp1,2 triliun.

Kemudian berlanjut pada 20 Oktober 2023 untuk tahap II Rp2,8 triliun. Serta tahap III pada 6 Februari 2024 Rp1,5 triliun.

Atas realisasi itu, SMF berencana menerbitkan obligasi tahap IV Rp1,14 triliun. Obligasi ini terbagi menjadi dua seri, yakni seri A Rp843,7 miliar berbunga 6,4% dan seri B Rp300 miliar berbunga 6,55%.

Adapun masa penawaran umum obligasi tahap IV SMF berlangsung hari ini, dengan tanggal penjatahan 25 Maret 2024 dan pencatatan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 28 Maret 2024.

Informasi saja, dalam pelaksanaan obligasi ini, SMF menunjuk PT Bahana Sekuritas, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas, PT DBS Vicker Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk, dan PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas sebagai penjamin pelaksana emisi.
