Terbitkan Saham Baru, DIVA Tambah Modal Anak Usaha Rp10 Miliar
IDXChannel - PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA) memberikan tambahan modal sebesar Rp10 miliar kepada anak usahanya, PT Berkah Karunia Kreasi (BKK).
Peningkatan modal ini dilakukan melalui penerbitan saham baru sebanyak 100.000 saham dengan nilai penyertaan sebesar Rp10 miliar.
"Transaksi ini untuk menunjang kegiatan usaha utama Perseroan. Tidak ada dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi keuangan, dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan," tulis Direktur Utama Distribusi Voucher Raymond Loho dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (20/3/2024).
Saham DIVA pada perdagangan hari ini minus 2,70% atau 4 poin ke harga Rp144 per saham. Nilai transaksi DIVA hanya Rp11,94 juta dengan volume perdagangan 12,03 juta saham.
Pergerakan saham DIVA dalam sepekan terkoreksi 14,79%, dan merosot tajam sebesar 81,66% dalam satu tahun.
Pemegang saham DIVA yakni, PT Asuransi Jiwa Kresna 454.825.000 32,49%, PT 1 Inti Dot Com 21,43%, PT Soteria Wicaksana Investama 19,78%, Publik 17,52%, Martin Suharlie 8,33%.
