Indeks Nikkei Meningkat 0,66 Persen

Pasardana.id - Indeks Nikkei 225 di Bursa Efek Tokyo, Jepang, meningkat 263,16 poin, atau sekitar 0,66 persen, pada Selasa (19/3/2024), menjadi 40.003,60. Indeks Topix melonjak 1,06 persen menjadi 2.750,97.

Seperti diwartakan Reuters, indeks Nikkei berakhir di teritori positif dipicu penguatan saham sektor properti.

Saham perusahaan properti Sumitomo Realty & Development memimpin penguatan hari ini dengan melambung 7,81 persen. Saham Tokyo Tatemono melonjak 7,16 persen.

Saham Tokyu Fudosan Holdings meningkat 6,06 persen. Saham Mitsubishi Estate dan Mitsui Fudosan masing-masing menguat 4,97 persen dan 4,78 persen.

Nilai tukar dolar Amerika Serikat terhadap yen berada di kisaran 149,02 yen per dolar AS.
