Distribusi Rights Issue Provident Investasi (PALM) Dimulai Hari Ini
IDXChannel - Aksi korporasi rights issue PT Provident Investasi Bersama Tbk (PALM) telah memasuki masa distribusi per hari ini Senin (18/3/2024).
Sesuai prospektus, rasio hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu (HMETD) PALM yaitu 301:368, yang artinya setiap pemegang 301 saham lama PALM mempunyai 368 HMETD untuk membeli 368 saham baru dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp418 per saham.
PALM Siap Rights Issue 10 Miliar SahamPeriode perdagangan dan/atau pelaksanaan HMETD PALM berlangsung mulai 20 - 28 Maret 2024. Secara umum harga saham suatu emiten bakal mengalami tekanan jual menjelang periode tersebut.
Hingga Senin (18/32024/) pukul 13:38 waktu JATS, saham PALM turun 6,38% di Rp440 per saham. Transaksi-net sementara masih senilai Rp85,5 juta, dengan volume 192 ribu saham.
Provident Agro (PALM) Rights Issue 9,99 Miliar untuk Lunasi Utang ke Boy Thohir CsBursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) melakukan penghitungan harga teoritis yang dicantumkan di JATS untuk Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Negosiasi pada 15 Maret 2024 senilai Rp430 per saham. Adapun penyesuaian harga dasar baru PALM senilai Rp352,74 per saham.
