OJK Beri Lampu Hijau, Tender Offer META Grup Salim Mulai Besok

Pasardana.id - Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) telah menerbitkan pernyataan efektif atas penawaran tender sukarela tender offer PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (IDX: META) pada tanggal 15 Maret 2024.

Sehingga Investor publik dapat mengikuti tender offer mulai tanggal 19 Maret - 17 April 2024 dan akan menerima pembayaran dari PT Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia Services (MPTIS) pada tanggal 24 April 2024.

MPTIS berencana menampung penawaran sebanyak-banyak 4.104.99.334 lembar saham atau 23,18 persen kepemiikan pada META.

Mengutip keterangan resmi emiten infrastruktur grup Salim itu pada laman Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Senin (18/3/2024) bahwa harga tender offer di pasang pada level Rp250 per lembar.

Rencana itu sebagai persyaratan META menghapus sahamnya pada papan perdagangan BEI, sebelum menjadi perusahaan tertutup.

MPTIS percaya, dengan menjadi perusahaan tertutup maka META akan memiliki keleluasaan dalam perencanaan kedepannya.
