Sosok Ini Borong 456 Juta Saham TOPS di Harga Bawah
IDXChannel - R Iskandar Hidayat menambah kepemilikannya atas saham PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS) pada 7 Maret 2024.
Ia memborong 456.242.700 saham TOPS di harga Rp3 per saham atau di harga bawah dengan merogoh dana Rp1,36 miliar.
Pada saat transaksi, harga saham TOPS berada di level Rp4 atau anjlok 20% dan saat ini berada pada papan pemantauan khusus.
Usai transaksi, Iskandar menguasai 5,80 persen saham TOPS atau sebanyak 1.931.692.700 saham. Sebelumnya ia memegang 4,43% saham TOPS atau setara 1.475.450.000 saham.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tulis Iskandar dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (15/3/2024).
Pemegang saham TOPS yakni Publik 52,56%, Totalindo Investama Persada 47,39%, R Iskandar Hidayat 5,80%, Donald Sihombing 0,05%.
Saham TOPS pada perdagangan Jumat (15/3/2024) stagnan di harga Rp4 per saham dengan nilai transaksi Rp8,74 juta. Dalam sepekan saham TOPS terpangkas 20% dan merosot sebanyak 88% dalam tiga bulan terakhir.
