Permintaan Meningkat, Harga Minyak Dunia Naik

Pasardana.id - Harga minyak dunia naik pada Kamis (14/3/2024) setelah permintaan minyak mentah diperkirakan mengalami peningkatan.

Seperti dilansir Reuters, harga minyak West Texas Intermediate (WTI) untuk pengiriman April 2024 naik US$1,54, atau sekitar 1,9 persen, menjadi US$81,26 per barel di New York Mercantile Exchange.

Harga minyak mentah Brent untuk pengiriman Mei 2024 meningkat US$1,39, atau sekitar 1,7 persen, menjadi US$85,42 per barel di London ICE Futures Exchange.

Dalam laporan yang dirilis Kamis, International Energy Agency menyebutkan bahwa permintaan minyak diperkirakan meningkat 1,3 juta barel per hari pada tahun ini, lebih tinggi 100.000 barel per hari dari perkiraan bulan lalu.

Pasokan minyak diperkirakan hanya meningkat 800.000 barel per hari, menjadi 102,9 juta barel per hari, membuat persediaan minyak global menjadi semakin terbatas.
