Entitas Sarana Menara (TOWR) Raih Kredit Jumbo Rp2,4 Triliun dari Bank Mandiri (BMRI)
IDXChannel - Entitas usaha PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) dan PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte) mengantongi fasilitas kredit jumbo senilai Rp2,4 triliun dari PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI).
Hal ini diungkapkan Sekretaris Perusahaan Sarana Menara Nusantara, Monalisa Irawaran dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (14/3/2024).
Anak Usaha Sarana Menara (TOWR) Kantongi Kredit Rp1,72 Triliun dari BNLI"Pada 8 Maret 2024, Protelindo dan Iforte sebagai para peminjam telah menandatangani perjanjian kredit dengan Mandiri sebagai pemberi pinjaman," kata dia.
"Total fasilitas kredit sebesar Rp2,4 triliun," sambung Monalisa.
Emiten Grup Djarum (TOWR) Tebar Dividen Interim Rp6 per Saham, Cek JadwalnyaAdapun tanggal jatuh tempo pinjaman tersebut maksimal tiga tahun sejak tanggal penandatanganan.
