Free Float, Pengendali Utama Lepas Saham IMPC Senilai Rp214 Miliar
IDXChannel - Pemegang saham utama PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) mengurangi 1,01% kepemilikannya atas saham perseroan pada 7 Maret 2024.
PT Tunggal Jaya Investama menjual sebanyak 550.456.300 saham IMPC di harga pelaksanaan Rp390 saham dengan meraup dana Rp214 miliar.
Sebelum transaksi jumlah saham Tunggal Jaya mencapai 23.829.882.494 atau setara 43,91%. Kini, sang pengendali menggenggam sebanyak 23.279.426.194 saham IMPC atau setara 42,9%.
Tujuan transaksi menambah jumlah saham free float, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kuantitas transaksi perdagangan saham di kemudian hari. "Status kepemilikan saham adalah langsung," tulis Corporate Secretary Lenggana Linggawati dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (13/3/2024).
Berikut pemegang saham IMPC; PT Tunggal Jaya Investama 42,9%, PT Harimas Tunggal Perkasa 43,85% Publik 11,10%, Haryanto Tjiptodihardjo 1,14%.
