DUCK Masuk Barisan Delisting, 87 Persen Saham Publik Nyangkut
IDXChannel - Saham pengelola restoran The Duck King, PT Jaya Bersama Indo Tbk (DUCK) terancam delisting atau terdepak dari papan pencatatan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
Pasalnya, saham Perseroan telah disuspensi selama 30 bulan di pasar reguler dan tunai per 29 Februari 2024.
"BEI dapat melakukan delisting suatu saham bila telah disuspensi lebih dari 24 bulan atau dua tahun," tulis pengumuman Bursa Jumat (8/3/2024)
Adapun sebagian besar saham DUCK dimiliki oleh publik yakni 1.116.480.810 atau 87%. Sementara sebagian kecil dimiliki oleh BBH Luxembourg dan PT Asia Kuliner masing-masing 6% lebih. Saham-saham tersebut berada dalam kondisi 'nyangkut’.
