Tambah Kepemilikan, Pengendali Baru Hassana Boga (NAYZ) Borong 96 Juta Saham
IDXChannel - Asia Intrainvesta selaku pengendali baru Hassana Boga Sejahtera (NAYZ) menambah kepemilikannya atas saham perseroan.
Transaksi pembelian saham berlangsung pada 5-7 Maret 2024 dengan jumlah 96.853.800 saham NAYZ dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp21 per saham.
Sang pengendali merogoh dana Rp2 miliar untuk menambah kepemilikannya menjadi 1.704.000.000 saham atau setara 66,82%. Sebelumnya, Asia Intrainvesta menggenggam 1.607.146.200 saham atau setara 63,03%.
"Status kepemilikan saham langsung dan tujuan dari transaksi adalah investasi," tulis Direktur Asia Intrainvesta Dody Arifianto dalam keterbukaan informasi, JUmat (8/3/2024).
Pemegang saham utama Hassana Boga yakni Asia Intrainvesta 66,82%, Publik 20,00%, Asiavesta Investama Jaya 19,61%, Achmad Machlus Sadat 15,69%, Nusa Perkasa International 3,92%.
