Resmi Stock Split, Segini Harga Baru Saham Produsen Kabel (SCCO)
IDXChannel - PT Supreme Cable Manufacturing & Commerce Tbk (SCCO) resmi melakukan pemecahan saham yang beredar atau stock split dengan rasio 1:4.
Nilai nominal saham baru adalah Rp250 per saham dari sebelumnya Rp1.000 yang diperdagangkan di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Negosiasi mulai 8 Maret 2024.
Berdasarkan keterbukaan informasi BEI, jumlah saham yang beredar bertambah menjadi 822.333.600 saham dari sebelumnya 205.583.400 saham.
Adapun Akhir Penyelesaian Transaksi Saham dengan Nilai Nominal Baru di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Negosiasi, dan Awal Perdagangan Saham dengan Nilai Nominal Baru di Pasar Tunai adalah 14 Maret 2024.
Pada perdagangan Kamis (7/3/2024) sebelum nomianl saham baru, SCCO diperdagangkan di harga Rp1.017 per saham atau menguat 4,09% (400 poin). Nilai transaksinya saham SCCO sebanyak 753,76 juta dengan volume perdagangan 76,30 ribu.
