Tambah Kepemilikan, Dirut BSI Borong Saham BRIS di Harga Bawah
IDXChannel - Direktur Utama PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk atau BSI (BRIS) Hery Gunardi memborong saham perseroan di harga bawah.
Transaksi tersebut berlangsung pada 21 Februari 2024 dengan jumlah 167.000 saham BSI di harga bawah yakni Rp2.400. Pasalnya, saham BRIS saat pembelian berada di harga Rp2.440 per saham.
Untuk mengakumulasi kepemilikannya tersebut, Dirut BRIS merogoh dana sebesar Rp400 juta. Kini, Hery menggenggam sebanyak 2.377.600 saham BRIS atau 0,00515% dari sebelumnya 2.210.600 saham atau 0,00479%.
"Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi, dan status kepemilikan saham adalah langsung," tulis Hery Gunardi dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (5/3/2024).
Saham BRIS pada perdagangan hari ini menguat 0,83% ke harga Rp2.430 per saham dengan nilai transaksi Rp44,8 miliar. Volume perdagangan BRIS mencapai 18,42 juta dan ditransaksikan sebanyak 5,412 kali.
