招商证券(06099)：张兴担任合规总监
招商证券(06099)发布公告，2024年2月26日，招商证券股份有限公司第八届董事会第二次会议聘任张兴担任公司合规总监、首席风险官，其中合规总监任期自该任职获证券监督管理机构认可或原合规总监退休孰晚之日起，至2024年12月31日止。
近日，公司收到中国证券监督管理委员会深圳监管局《深圳证监局关于招商证券股份有限公司合规负责人任职的无异议函》(深证局机构字[2024]21号)。根据该无异议函，张兴自2024年3月4日起担任公司合规总监，至2024年12月31日止。
