BNI (BBNI) Sebar Dividen Rp10,45 Triliun, 50 Persen dari Laba 2023
IDXChannel – Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) memutuskan untuk menebar dividen tunai senilai Rp10,45 triliun. Jumlah ini 50% dari total laba bersih tahun 2023.
Direktur Utama BNI (BBNI) Royke Tumilaar mengatakan, dengan keputusan tersebut, nilai dividen naik 42,76% dari total dividen nilai buku tahun 2022 sebesar Rp7,32 triliun.
BNI (BBNI) Gelar RUPS Hari Ini, Putuskan Pembagian Dividen dan Perubahan Pengurus"Dengan demikian dividen per lembar saham kali ini ditetapkan sebesar Rp280,49," ujar Royke dalam Press Conference RUPST Tahun Buku 2023 BNI, Jakarta, Senin (4/3/2024).
Sebagaimana diketahui, BBNI sepanjang 2023 mencetak laba konsolidasi yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk sebesar Rp20,9 triliun. Jumlah ini meningkat 14,2% dibandingkan dengan perolehan tahun 2022.
