Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk menyetujui perubahan susunan perusahaan. Salah satunya menyetujui pemberhentian dengan hormat Susyanto sebagai komisaris.
Kemudian, menyetujui pengangkatan Yusuf Permana sebagai komisaris. Yusuf Permana merupakan Kepala Biro Protokol Sekretariat Presiden.
"RUPS Tahunan BNI menyetujui perubahan pengurus. RUPS menyetujui pemberhentian dengan hormat Bapak Susyanto selaku komisaris BNI dan juga menyetujui mengangkat Bapak Yusuf Permana sebagai komisaris," kata Direktur Utama BNI Royke Tumilaar dalam konferensi pers, Senin (4/3/2024).

"Beliau saat ini menjabat sebagai Kepala Protokol Sekretariat Presiden, Kementerian Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia," katanya.
Selain itu, RUPS juga menyetujui pemberhentian dengan hormat Adi Sulistyowati sebagai wakil direktur utama. Kemudian, mengalihkan penugasan Putrama Wahju Setyawan sebagai wakil direktur utama.
"RUPS tahunan menyetujui pemberhentian Ibu Adi Sulistyowati sebagai wakil direktur utama juga mengalihkan penugasan Putrama Wahju Setyawan sebagai wakil direktur utama BNI," katanya.
