Astra International (ASII) Siap Tebar Dividen Rp421 per Saham
IDXChannel - PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) mengusulkan pembagian dividen tunai final sebesar Rp421 per saham untuk kinerja tahun buku 2023. Hal ini dilakukan setelah perseroan membukukan laba bersih senilai Rp33,8 triliun.
Dividen final yang akan diusulkan tersebut, bersama dengan dividen interim sebesar Rp98 per saham, yang telah dibagikan pada Oktober 2023, akan menjadikan total dividen yang diusulkan untuk tahun buku 2023 menjadi Rp519 per saham.
Astra International (ASII) Raup Laba Bersih Rp33,8 Triliun Ditopang Penjualan Motor“Ini bakal diusulkan melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) Astra pada April 2024,” kata manajemen di Jakarta, Rabu (28/2/2024).
Secara tahunan, jumlah dividend per share (DPS) yang diusulkan ini lebih rendah dari tahun sebelumnya mencapai Rp640 per saham. Terdiri dari dividen interim Rp88 per saham, dan dividen final Rp552 per saham.
