AKR Corporindo (AKRA) Suntik Tambahan Modal ke Anak Usaha Buat Beli Kapal
IDXChannel - PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) meningkatkan modal kepada anak usahanya, PT AKR Sea Transport (AST). Perseroan menyuntikan tambahan modal dasar maupun modal ditempatkan dan modal disetor.
Direktur dan Corporate Secretary AKR Corporindo, Suresh Vembu mengatakan, AST telah menandatangani akta peningkatan modal dasar serta modal ditempatkan dan disetor menjadi masing-masing Rp500 miliar dan Rp404,9 miliar.
Pengendali AKR Corporindo Borong Lagi Saham AKRA, Kali Ini Senilai Rp9,38 MiliarSebelumnya, modal dasar AST oleh perseroan sebesar Rp300 miliar, serta modal ditempatkan dan modal disetor Rp274,9 miliar.
"Peningkatan modal dasar AST tersebut senilai Rp200 miliar, sedangkan modal ditempatkan dan disetor AST meningkat sebesar Rp130 miliar diambil bagian serta disetor oleh perseroan," jelas Suresh dalam Keterbukaan Informasi BEI, Rabu (28/2/2024).
