在股市下跌和房地产市场低迷之际 投资者正大举买入黄金
【友财网讯】-中国正掀起一股黄金热潮。
英国《金融时报》最初报道称，随着中国股市和房地产行业继续波动，投资者、家庭和央行都在大举买入黄金这种避险资产。
根据世界黄金协会(WGC)的一份季度报告，中国在金条和金币上的投资在2023年增长了28%，达到280吨。在全球珠宝市场，中国对黄金的需求增长了17%。
如果你看一下全球黄金市场，需求一直在下降：在经历了2022年的强劲增长后，世界黄金协会预计2023年的需求将下滑5%，至4448吨。但中国似乎走的是另一条路，个人和政府都在购买这种贵金属。
中国央行继续大举购买黄金，帮助金价突破了每盎司2000美元的关键关口。2023年，上海黄金交易所的黄金提取总量同比增长7%，达到1687吨。随着投资者在大宗商品中寻求安全，中国的黄金ETF也获得了可观的资金流入。
世界黄金协会1月份的另一份报告发现:“家庭保值需求的增加进一步提升了黄金的吸引力：当人民币和其他中国资产走弱时，当地金价的出色表现吸引了他们的注意。”
对避险资产的追捧标志着中国金融健康状况的不确定性。中国基准的沪深300指数本月下跌5%，过去一年下跌23%。在房地产行业，恒大的债务风波仍在继续。
