Dua Petinggi MPMX Kompak Borong Saham di Harga Bawah
IDXChannel - Dua petinggi PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (MPMX) kompak memborong saham perseroan di harga bawah.
Aksi beli saham ini berlangsung pada 13 Februari 2024 di harga pelaksanaan Rp1.020 per saham. Saat transaksi, saham MPMX berada di harga Rp1.035 per saham atau menguat 1,47%.
Petinggi pertama yang melakukan pembelian saham yakni Direktur Utama MPMX Suwito Mawarwati dengan jumlah 2.458.300 saham. Ia merogoh kocek sebesar Rp2,5 miliar untuk menambah kepemilikan sahamnya menjadi 16.232.470 saham.
Sementara petinggi kedua Direktur MPMX Beatrice kartika menyerok 1.337.900 saham dengan mengeluarkan dana Rp1,36 miliar. Saham Beatrice di MPMX pun bertambah menjadi 5.963.000 dari sebelumnya 4.625.100 saham.
"Transaksi untuk pelaksanaan program insentif jangka panjang/ implementation long term incentive program. Status kepemilikan saham adalah langsung," tulis Corporate Secretary Mitra Pinasthika Timothy Hutapea dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (19/2/2024).
Pemegang saham Mitra Pinasthika yakni PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk 56,69%, Publik 32,90%, PT Persada Capital Investama 5,00%, Treasury Stock 2,17%, Tossin Himawan 1,62%, Danny Walla 51.978.000 1,16%, Suwito Mawarwati 0,31%, Titien Supeno 0,28%.
