Anak Usaha Arkora Hydro (ARKO) Dirikan Perusahaan Baru
IDXChannel - PT Arkora Hydro Tbk (ARKO) melalui dua anak usahanya mendirikan perusahaan baru. Perusahaan anyar tersebut menjadi cucu perseroan
Adalah PT Arkora Pembangkit Hijau (APH) dan PT Arjuna Hidro (AH) yang membentuk perusahaan baru bernama PT Arkora Energi Mandiri (AEM).
Arko Hydro (ARKO) Beri Pinjaman Rp75 Miliar ke Anak Usaha untuk Proyek EBT PLNPendirian PT AEM, diakui Corporate Secretary ARKO, Prisca Lumban Tobing, telah dicatatkan dalam akta pendirian Nomor 23 tanggal 13 Februari 2024 dan telah mendapatkan pengesahan sebagai badan hukum oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia melalui Surat Keputusan No. AHU-0012060.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2024.
"Susunan pemegang saham PT AEM, yakni APH memiliki sebanyak 2.499 saham senilai Rp2,49 miliar atau 99,96 persen. Sedangkan AH menggenggam satu saham senilai Rp1 juta atau 0,04 persen," terang Prisca dalam Keterbukaan Informasi BEI, Jumat (16/2/2024).
