Presiden Komisaris Saratoga Borong Saham SRTG Senilai Rp5,64 Miliar
IDXChannel - Presiden Komisaris PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG), Edwin Soeryadjaya tercatat melakukan pembelian saham perseroan sebanyak 3,68 juta saham. Nilai transaksi pembelian tersebut mencapai Rp5,64 miliar.
Hal ini dilaporkan Corporate Secretary Saratoga Investama Sedaya, Sandi Rahaju dalam Keterbukaan Informasi BEI, Selasa (13/2/2024).
Edwin Soeryadjaya Serok 6,7 Juta Saham Saratoga (SRTG)Edwin terpantau memborong saham SRTG sejak 5-13 Februari 2024. Transaksi pembelian tersebut dilakukan dalam lima kali transaksi dalam rentang harga Rp1.521-1.548 per saham.
Transaksi pertama, pengusaha itu menyerok 1,12 juta saham SRTG pada harga Rp1.521 per saham pada 5 Februari 2024. Dilanjutkan membeli 104,20 ribu saham perseroan pada 6 Februari di harga Rp1.525 per saham.
