Manoj Punjabi Jual 93,6 Juta Saham MD Pictures (FILM), Cuan Rp451 Miliar
IDXChannel - Manoj Dhamoo Punjabi menjual 93,6 juta sahamnya di PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM) untuk tujuan divestasi.
Aksi jual saham ini dilakukan CEO MD Pictures itu pada 2 Februari 2024 dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp4,820 per saham.
Ia meraup dana segar sekitar Rp451 miliar setelah mengurangi 0,98% kepemilikan sahamnya. Kini saham Manoj Punjabi di MD Pictures berkurang dari 2.114.762.615 (22,23%) menjadi 2.021.162.615 (21,25%).
"Tujuan investasi untuk divestasi, status kepemilikan saham adalah langsung," tulis Manoj dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (7/2/2024).
Pemegang saham FILM yakni PT MD Global Investment 50,50%, Manoj Dhamoo Punjabi 22,23%, Morgan Stanley and Co Intl 14,62%, Publik 7,11%, Resource Fortune LTD 5,33%, Shania Manoj Punjabi 0,20%.
