Terus Merosot, Sosok Ini Serok Saham GRPH di Harga Tinggi
IDXChannel - Samuel Jeffrey Christiawan Soegeng menambah porsi sahamnya di PT Griptha Putra Persada Tbk (GRPH) pada 18 Januari 2024.
Samuel memborong saham GRPH sebanyak 1.000.000 saham di harga pelaksanaan Rp127. Harga pembelian yang dilakukan Samuel cukup tinggi lantaran saham GRPH dalam satu bulan terakhir bergerak di harga Rp62-Rp118 per saham.
Usai transaksi, kepemilikan saham Samuel bertambah dari sebelumnya 4.000.000 saham atau setara 0,4% menjadi 5.000.000 saham atau 0,5%.
"Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi dan status kepemilikan adalah langsung," tulis Samuel dalam keterbukaan informasi, Jumat (9/2/2024).
Adapun pemegang saham GRPH yakni PT Mulia Jaya Palma 79,60%, Publik 20,00% dan Samuel Jeffrey Christiawan Soegeng 0,50%.
Saham GPRH pada perdagangan Rabu (7/2/2024) anjlok 4,62% atau 3 poin menjadi Rp62 per saham. GRPH ditransaksikan sebanyak 20,34 juta dengan frekuensi 3354 dan valuasi Rp1,28 miliar. Dalam sepekan saham tersebut merosot 15,07%.
