Pengendali Ini Lepas Saham Sumber Global (SGER) Senilai Rp417,2 Juta
IDXChannel - Salah satu pemegang saham pengendali terbesar PT Sumber Global Energy Tbk (SGER), Vivi Ramalyati Hutama, melakukan divestasi kepemilikan saham.
Sebanyak 200 ribu lembar saham SGER dijual dengan harga Rp2.086 per saham. Transaksi terjadi pada 12 Januari 2024.

Mengacu harga penjualan, maka dana yang diperoleh Vivi mencapai Rp417,2 juta, belum termasuk pajak. Diketahui, investor ini memiliki relasi dengan struktur pengurus SGER, yakni Direktur Utama SGER Welly Thomas.
