Ada Nego GOTO Rp1,3 Triliun di Harga Diskon, Saham Malah Anjlok 4 Persen
JAKARTA, iNews.id - Nilai transaksi bursa saham pagi ini cukup besar menyusul transaksi negosiasi saham PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Pantauan data perdagangan, Senin (5/2), nilai transaksi bersih mencapai Rp1,33 triliun yang terjadi beberapa detik setelah bel pembukaan dimulai.
Adapun volume bersih mencapai 162,66 juta lot atau 16,2 miliar lembar saham. Harga jual-beli rata-rata mencapai Rp81 per saham.
Level harga tersebut terhitung murah alias diskon jika dibandingkan range harga saham GOTO di pasar reguler yang mencapai Rp85-Rp91 per saham.
Belum diketahui anggota bursa atau broker mana yang memfasilitasi transaksi jumbo itu di pasar negosiasi.
Namun, melihat kesamaan volume, maka jenis transaksi ini dimungkinkan sebagai crossing saham atau transaksi tutup sendiri. Crossing saham merupakan kesepakatan dua pihak dengan difasilitasi oleh anggota bursa (sekuritas) yang sama.
