Homeco Victoria Makmur (LIVE) Patok Harga IPO Rp148 per Saham
IDXChannel - PT Homeco Victoria Makmur Tbk telah menetapkan harga penawaran umum perdana saham atau initial public offering (IPO) sebesar Rp148 per saham. Dengan demikian, perseroan berpotensi meraup dana segar sebesar Rp119,63 miliar.
Dalam aksi korporasi ini, perseroan menawarkan sebanyak 808,35 juta saham atau 17,60 dari total modal ditempatkan dan disetor.
Dana IPO Capai Rp1,54 Triliun hingga Awal Februari 2024Selain itu, perseroan juga mengadakan Program Employee Stock Allocation (ESA) dengan jumlah sebanyak-banyaknya 8,35 juta saham atau sebesar 1,03% dari saham yang ditawarkan pada saat IPO.
Adapun, sebesar Rp25 miliar dari dana IPO akan digunakan untuk pelunasan sebagian utang perseroan kepada PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA).
