Komut CARS Raup Dana Segar Rp1,5 Miliar Usai Lego 15 Juta Saham
IDXChannel - Paulus Totok Lusida selaku Komisaris Utama PT Industri dan Perdagangan Bintraco Dharma Tbk menjual saham CARS miliknya pada 29 Januari 2024.
Paulus melego sebanyak 15.000.000 saham CARS di harga pelaksanaan Rp100 dengan meraup dana segar Rp1,5 miliar.
Usai transaksi, kepemilikan saham Komut CARS tersebut berkurang menjadi 835.000.000 atau setara 5,57%. Sebelumnya, ia menggenggam 850.000.000 saham CARS atau setara 5,67%.
"Tujuan transaksi untuk divestasi dan status kepemilikan adalah langsung," tulis Sekretaris Perusahaan CARS Lina M. Ibrahim dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (2/2/2024).
Pemegang saham CAR yakni Publik 85,00%, NYM S/A Weiser Global Capital 9,33% dan Paulus Totok Lusida 5,57%.
