Pengendali Utama Serok Lagi 4 Juta Saham YELO di Harga Gocap
IDXChannel - PT Artalindo Semesta Nusantara selaku pengendali utama PT Yelooo Integra Datanet Tbk (YELO) menambah kepemilikannya atas saham perseroan.
Artalindo menyerok 4.000.000 saham YELO di harga pelaksanaan Rp50 pada 31 Januari 2024. Pengendali tersebut mengelaurkan dana Rp200 juta untuk menambah 1% kepemilikannya.
Usai transaksi saham Artalindo di YELO bertambah menjadi 230.551.198 saham atau setara 12,05% dari sebelumnya 226.551.198 11,84%.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tulis Direktur Artalindo Semesta Nusantara Eka Septi Damayanti, Jumat (2/2/2024).
Pemegang saham utama YELO yakni Publik 65,13%, Artalindo Semesta Nusantara 12,05%.
